The second floor comprises a delightful en-suite king-size bedroom that boasts wonderful sea views. This cosy retreat has no outside space but is just 100 metres from the sandy beach and the South West Coast Path. Parking is in a pay and display car park 100 metres away, subject to availability.

The picturesque harbour town of St Ives comprises a maze of cobbled streets, independent shops, fishermen’s cottages and some of the tastiest restaurants and cafés in the South West. Discover the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden half a mile away, a truly unique haven comprising over 30 sculptures set in beautifully landscaped gardens. Explore the crescent of award-winning golden sands of Porthminster Beach, also half a mile away, and enjoy a safe swim, while onshore you can leisurely relax in a deck chair before aiming for a hole in one at the 18-hole mini golf course nearby.
