The home offers very spacious upside-down living with all the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living accommodation on the first floor. The beautiful Slade Bay is just a casual 5-minute stroll further down the valley.

First Floor: Enter the property on the first floor.


Reception/Dining Room (Open Plan): 3 x sofas to seat 8 people, an open fire, a 50" Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Now TV, a and a table and chairs for 8 people.


Kitchen: Dishwasher, electric oven and ceramic hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave, Nespresso machine and milk frother


Shower Room: WC, basin and shower cubicle.


Ground Floor


Master Bedroom: King size bed and a large chest of drawers.


Bedroom 2: Twin beds and small chest of drawers.


Bedroom 3: Full size bunk beds and and sliding built-in wardrobe


Family Bathroom: Basin, bath and separate shower cubicle. There is a separate WC.


Sleeps 6: 1 King, 1 Twin, 1 Bunk bed


C/O day - Sat. Oil CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi (fibre optic) Off road parking for 2 cars. Sea views. 2 dogs accepted. No smoking


**Please note** This property may not be suitable for people with limited mobility, as the drive is on a slope. Small children would need supervision, as there are some steep areas in the garden. ****Logs & Fire lighters are not provided please bring your own****
