It’s easy to see why the village of Talybont-on-Usk, in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park, is so peaceful, boasting unspoilt natural beauty and home to a plethora of wildlife. Lace up your walking boots to explore the centre of the Beacon Beacons or enjoy a stroll along the canal or to the breathtaking Talybont Waterfalls 8 miles away. In the shadow of the Black Mountains, head to Abergavenny 14.5 miles away to discover the best local produce this area has to offer. Further afield, discover millions of years of history beneath the Brecon Beacons at the Dan yr Ogof National Showcaves of Wales 25 miles away.
