It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.



* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo IDs will be required from all Adult Guests. Hold Harmless Indemnity Form Signed.



* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.



MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 6 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies. ** All Outside Visitors Must Be Pre-Approved**.



The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.



NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.



A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.



NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

* PET FEE Well Behaved Family Pet will be considered - you must provide age/breed/lbs of your dog. Dogs only. No cats. Max 2 dogs only. $175/dog. PET FEE MUST BE PRE- PAID PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. Pets are not allowed on the beds or any furniture. Pets are not to be left unattended. You must pick up after your dog. Extra Cleaning Fee $125 if not done.
