Upstairs, you will find a sleek family bathroom and the first four bedrooms: a cheerful double, a charming super-king-size room and two stylish king-size rooms, one with a freestanding bath and a Victorian-style basin. Another king-size bedroom, with skylights set in the sloping ceilings, is on the second floor alongside a stylish bathroom. French doors lead from the kitchen into the delightful, fully enclosed garden with a pretty decked area and outdoor furniture so you can relax and dine alfresco. The beautiful beach is just half a mile away, with Pannett Park, the Captain Cook Memorial Museum and the 199 Steps all within a mile. Inland, Whitby is surrounded by the glorious countryside of the North York Moors National Park, with the popular seaside resort of Scarborough further south along the coast (20 miles).
