Villa Barbara is a beautiful home, and it’s clear the owner has thoughtfully considered every detail. The property is exceptionally well equipped, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. Communication with the owner was excellent and timely, which made everything seamless from booking through checkout. The location is ideal - close to great restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store - yet still feels private and relaxing. We especially enjoyed spending time in the pool and hot tub, and many evenings unwinding on the patio. It was a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again.

Both the host and property manager were flexible and terrific. We’ve been on a two month tour of Florida while working remotely and this was the nicest property we stayed at out of four. The house was perfect, so much so that we thought about making an offer to buy. The house was very private despite having 4 bedrooms on the first floor. It also had a nice office located on the bottom floor. The pool and jacuzzi were great, only took an hour to heat up spa in February. Great neighborhood and conveniently located to many things. Upon arrival, very well stocked we enjoyed water, bottle of champagne, espresso for a week, and both kitchen and bathroom supplies for the first week. The place was decorated exceptionally well, very clean, and felt like home. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you Mathias and Tony for a perfect stay.
