We never heard from the host. Everything went through Vacasa. I reached out to Vacasa multiple times and nothing was ever resolved. The carpets throughout the house are filthy. The pots of pans that are in the kitchen were greasy and dirty. The toaster in the kitchen didn’t work. The master bath shower was unusable due to the fact that the tub would not drain. The vent in the master bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. The second bathroom the glass wall would leak when you use the shower so there were puddles all over the floor. The tiles on the floor in the second bathroom were peeling and would stick to your feet or break off from the floor. The light above the shower in the second bathroom has no cover and is totally exposed. The shade in the second bedroom was unable to be raised. The heat would automatically turn down to 52 all the time and you would have to babysit it. Otherwise the condo would be freezing. Especially after coming back from skiing all day. This was all brought to the attention of Vacasa and nothing was ever resolved.
