The week before our stay Sun River was under a level 2 and level 1 wildfire evacuation alert with “very unhealthy” air quality. We were unable to cancel and obtain a refund because this did not fall under Vacasa’s natural disaster policy. We made alternate plans and did not travel to this location due to the wildfire evacuation warning and unhealthy air quality. I had to enter a star rating to leave a review so just chose 3 stars even though we did not stay here.
