Hit the hiking trails at the end of your street, relax on the beach at nearby Meeks Bay, or head out on the lake for a day of boating. Come winter, drive six minutes to the slopes of Homewood Mountain Resort or travel 25 minutes to Squaw Valley Ski Resort. You'll also be within minutes of Vikingsholm, Chamberlands, and Tahoe City. Local restaurants are minutes from home and include upscale lakeside options. Find three local markets nearby.
A cozy living area welcomes you home after a day of alpine adventures. A couch, armchair, and loveseat sit before a gas fireplace. There is a bright dining area with a gorgeous wood table. Cooking meals is a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, outfitted with plenty of cookware and a full suite of appliances - including a gas range. Enjoy casual breakfasts at the kitchen bar as well.

This little cabin is situated on the higher side of Tahoma—great location with a great deck. Quiet, peaceful and lovely.

The house was very comfortable for our family of 3 and was clean. It is located on a quiet street that doesn't get much car traffic. Very quiet at night and in the mornings. The furniture was comfortable and appreciated and the house was well stocked with most items you would need. Newer flooring is nice, well done by the owners. I would rent this house again if I was staying in west shore.

Everything was exactly as pictured - we had a great time, super easy experience. Only downside was that it was during a snow storm and snow removal was not done when we arrived (despite us calling 2 hours ahead of our arrival to make sure it would get done).
