24 hour audio and video surveillance is present in all public areas of the building including entrances and the pool. Devices will be on.
Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.
A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.
Parking:
One (1) dedicated on-site car-sized parking space is available. All parking is uncovered and requires the provided parking pass to be displayed at all times on your vehicle or be subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense. One (1) parking pass is provided for use. Lost/stolen/damaged parking passes incur $50 USD replacement fee per pass. RV's, trailers or oversized trucks of any kind are not permitted on premises.

What a beautiful place! I traveled from Pennsylvania for my daughter’s bridal shower. The room/unit was just a described, with a few extra pleasant surprises. Everything you needed was there. Beach chairs, extra beach towels, iron, dishes, etc….. the view from the balcony was beautiful. I have nothing negative to say. Will definitely look to book again!!! Thank you!

The kids and I were very pleased with this rental and loved how close it was to walk to everything! The pool was awesome when we weren't at the beach, too! Thanks for everything! We loved it and would stay here again! Shannon

Convenient access to beach and nice ocean view from balcony

Location was ideal. Walking distance to the beach. The unit was super clean with all amenities necessary for an extended stay. The pool was a nice size for the complex. The property manager for the complex was extremely helpful and kept everything spotless. Washer and Dryer room was also nice and convenient. There was also a car wash station that you could use. All in all we would definitely stay again.
