We loved our stay here! The villa was clean and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Very close to the Palmetto Dunes general store and a short walk/bike ride to the beach. Would stay here again!

Our three-generation family enjoyed our stay in 30 Fazio. The home itself is nicely updated; the kitchen is my dream kitchen. It’s large, with tons of storage and supplied with every item you could ever need. The complex’s pool was large and clean. 30 Fazio is just a few minutes’ bike ride from the General Store and pickleball/tennis courts, and about six minutes from the Disney Beach House, where bikes and cars can park. This beach area was rather crowded in June, however.
We had an issue with our AC, which was quickly addressed by VACASA manager Bill.
We would definitely stay in this lovely property again.

The unit is beautiful and modern, with many practical kitchen amenities. The vila itself was unclean, the bedding and towels paper thin and scratchy, the master bed downstairs was not comfortable, but the Vacasa team was awesome!
