Relax and unwind on the balconies that look out onto the pine trees in front and in back of the property. Enjoy ample living room space on both levels, a recreation room with a pool table and a second TV, and a full kitchen that's well equipped for the chef in the group to prepare meals to enjoy at the dining table or breakfast bar. Entertain and barbecue on the front deck in the summer months while catching up on stories of the day's adventures!

This cabin is located in the heart of Tahoe Donner, which means fun and adventure all year round. Right in the neighborhood, you'll find the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center, the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort, and pools, hot tubs, and a gym at the Trout Creek Recreation Center (day use fees apply). You'll also have access to the Tahoe Donner Beach Club Marina on Donner Lake five miles south. When the group gets hungry, The Lodge, Alder Creek Cafe, and Pizza on the Hill are sure to please everyone.



Please note: Any reservations that fail to return the guest passes will incur a $250 replacement fee.

2026 Short-Term Tenant Card Restrictions:

STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

Feb 14-16 (President’s Day)

May 23-25 (Memorial Day)

July 1-5 (July 4th)

Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)

Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)

Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)
