This 2BR/2BA condo has a coveted midtown location that's minutes away from a wealth of year-round activities. In winter, drive 2 minutes to Heavenly for a day of thrilling mountain adventure. Come summer, spend the day boating or relax beachside at Ski Run Marina, just a 3-minute drive away.
Enjoy drinks in the sun on your private deck. Or grab your towel and make a splash in the shared pool.
The condo is within easy walking distance from an arrary of restaurants.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
Curl up on two sofas and armchairs beside the wood-burning fireplace and 40' TV in the living room.
Meal prep is easy in the well-equipped kitchen with all the essential cookware. When dinner's ready, dish up at the dining table with seating for six.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, deck access, and a closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The loft features five twin beds, a closet, and 26' TV.
A bathroom on the entry-level has a walk-in shower, while a bathroom on the second floor features a tub/shower combination.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and washer/dryer , and parking for one vehicle in the private carport are provided.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

This fantastic midtown location puts you close to a host of year-round activities. Drive 2 minutes to the California Lodge at Heavenly. Come summer, head 3 minutes to Ski Run Marina to rent kayaks, boats, and paddleboards. After a morning on the lake, enjoy an afternoon sprawled out on the beach.
Enjoy the seasonal swimming pool at the clubhouse. Or, challenge your crew to a game of ping-pong or billiards.
Drive 7 minutes to Bijou Park where you will find volleyball courts, a skateboard park, a bike park, and one of the country's top disc golf courses.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 2 car(s), enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning that even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 - in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. This townhouse has great potential but needs lots of TLC. I notified Vacasa the day after I arrived of some issues but they never fixed them for the month I was there. Ref made very loud noises when running, toilet would not stop running after flushing without intervention, leg missing on couch, kitchen floor is in terrible shape (many deep scratches and a poor patch job), oven light bulb was broken off and just lying inside, coffee table in rough shape, etc... Dark green rug but no vac for the whole month. No cleaning supplies. Advertised as having a TV upstairs that did not exist and pics need to be updated as it does not reflect the furnishings. There didn't seem to be a recycling bin but the recycling center is at 2140 Ruth Ave SLT. Good location to walk to Whole Foods, Chipotle, CVS, etc if you don't mind the walk back up the hill. Ski resort just closed before I arrived and the gondola hadn't reopened for the summer season yet but I enjoyed the area.
