The Space:

The main floor is open plan: fully equipped kitchen for gourmet meal prep, dining area, and living room with views from every window. Five bedrooms with plush bedding; the living area's fireplace is made for movies or reading. Washers and dryers (plural) keep a full house running smoothly. The hot tub looks out over the Wasatch Mountains.



Guest Access:

Full access to the entire 3,500 sq ft home, with the great room and kitchen comfortably hosting gatherings of up to 10 and the private hot tub steps away. Positioned for snowfall getaways, golf, scenic hikes, and lake time.



The Neighborhood:

The Bridges in Eden — peaceful streets, mountain and lake views, and a central spot for valley adventure. Powder Mountain is about 10 minutes, Snowbasin about 20, Wolf Creek Golf Course about 2, Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville about 10. Nordic Valley is about 10; downtown Ogden about 25.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. Park in the garage and driveway — no street parking. The Side Winder Trail is close for walks, and Pineview Reservoir and the resorts are short drives. Salt Lake City International Airport is about an hour away.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Please take trash to the street Sunday nights (pickup is early Monday morning) and run the dishwasher before leaving. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. Fully equipped kitchen with the basics, luxury linens, hot tub towels, washer/dryer with detergent, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, ski/snowboard storage. Safety: exterior security cameras, smoke and CO alarms, first aid kit. Also offered for seasonal and long-term rental — ask us for details. Pet policy available on request.
