The apartment:
The 54-square-meter apartment accommodates 4 people. You can relax or enjoy quiet evenings on the large rooftop terrace. The apartment features a large box-spring bed and a workspace in the bedroom area, as well as a sleeper sofa, a 50-inch SMART TV with over 270 channels in top picture quality + free Netflix, and a dining area in the living room. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, a microwave, cutlery, various types of glasses, dishes, spices, oil, and a NESPRESSO coffee machine. A selection of coffees and teas is available for your enjoyment. Towels, hotel-quality bed linens, shower gel, shampoo, and a hair dryer are also provided free of charge.

The apartment is located in a prime spot right in the heart of Straubing.
In just 2 minutes on foot, you can reach Ludwigsplatz in the beautiful historic old town, with its numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, many shopping options, and the Jakobbrunnen fountain. The Gäubodenmuseum is located in the immediate vicinity. The “Gäubodenvolksfest,” a folk festival of the same name, is about a 10-minute walk away.
Public transportation (city bus) and a taxi stand are each within a 5-minute walk. Paid short-term parking spaces (max. 4 hours) are located directly in front of the building. You can park for free at the large “Am Hagen” parking lot, which is about a 7-minute walk from the apartment.
In just a 30-minute drive, you’ll find yourself in Central Europe’s largest forest landscape, the Bavarian Forest. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the oldest national park and the only primeval forest. Also in about 30 minutes, you can reach the historic city of Regensburg via the A3 highway, with its Old Town—designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2006—and the Stadtamhof district. The fascinating city of Passau, situated at the confluence of three rivers, is about 85 km away.
