Soléa Boutique Hoi An - Grand Opening April 2026

The location immediately immerses the guests to the culture

Shower curtain is quite short so the toilet area gets wet

Very kind and accommodating staff. Fantastic location, everything is walking distance. Clean room and great shower.

In fairness we could have asked to be moved and I am sure they would have happily obliged, but we were put in a ground floor room which was basically in the lobby and so we had to try to sleep through noise by both guests and staff throughout the night and in the morning as well as the usual ground floor problems such as cockroaches and other bugs etc. Personally I don't think that kind of layout is suitable for a boutique hotel but in fairness the staff did their best to accommodate us and we did still enjoy our stay. I would just recommend not accepting a ground floor room if you want a more comfortable stay.

Our family of four stayed for four nights very comfortably. It was very modern and all the appliances/fittings worked perfectly. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here.

The location was excellent very close to the old town

Breakfast was ok but could have been better
