Communication and instructions it’s the property manager was great! Very clear directions, provided photos about how to find the place and get in, very clean place with lots of natural light, very spacious for the price in Vancouver. Bedrooms were tidy, nice modern furniture, full kitchen and laundry if you wanted to cook/clean or for longer stays. They were accommodating about our two dogs we brought with us. The location was convenient for what we needed (visiting family) and we had a car, there’s a bus stop nearby too but not sure on routes (might be good for those without a car). It’s maybe not the most convenient if you’re looking for the downtown area, but it was relatively quiet and some parks nearby for the dogs. Overall a great spot and would recommend!

Beds were overall fairly comfy but maybe a bit firm for our tastes (maybe more of a personal thing, still nice and big with lots of pillows!)

The location was in a quiet neighbourhood and the beds were super comfy. We didn't know when we booked but one of the bedrooms had its own ensuite with shower. A huge Bonus. Also, all the appliances were pretty much new and easy to use. A full laundry tower with full clothes washer and dryer was a huge bonus. Additionally, having a designated parking spot behind a gate was a nice touch.

There is a flat upstairs for rent as well, which we didn't know about when we booked. For our stay the guests above us were quite noisy and there were 3 different groups staying for each night.

Excelente recién remodelado bien dotado

Brand new appliances, very comfortable bed, intelligently designed apartment. The bathrooms and showers were great. We prefer making our own meals and the kitchen and cooking supplies were perfect.

We had a minor problem with noise from the guests above us, but the property manager was very responsive and immediately resolved it in less then 5 minutes. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet and secure. The location seems to be 1/2 way between downtown Vancouver and the highways that provide access to the Vancouver Island ferry and points north to the Rockies.
