The house was warm, welcoming and cosy yet so modern with beach vibe interiors. It had quality furniture and had all the facilities you need. The views of the sea meeting the river from the first floor balcony were incredible.

The bathroom was a tad dated but I’m sure that’s on their list to renovate soon.

Fantastic view from up stairs balcony looking along the cliffs with river glimpses super comfy beds and nice views of pool area downstairs. Everything a family needs for in house meals and washing. I had overlooked the fact all bedrooms were upstairs as I had my elderly mother with us, but with encouragement she made it up and loved morning's with a cuppa with a view! We travelled with a boat and had plenty of space for parking.

More of a preference thing but couches were hard to relax on, Frying pan had seen it's day but rest of equipment were fine. Shower is a bath shower combo which can be hard to navigate for older ones.....it's a 2 foot stepup.

- Unit newly renovated, comfortable and clean - Sofa is new, clean and very comfortable - Checking in with lock box to access key was very convenient - 2 car bay parking porch was good and spacious - Was very easy to find the property with the instructions given by Kawa House team - Though we didn’t need 3 bedrooms, we enjoyed the ability to choose which bedrooms we wanted to use. - There’s 4 soft pillows per bedroom (plenty). Extra pillows needed we got from the spare bedroom. - Very strong shower and really hot water. Absolutely fantastic 10/10 for this. - A big plus in little things that mattered to us, the kitchen sponge and goss were new pieces, not reused. Much appreciated. Utensils were sufficient for a simple meal after a tired day out. Coffee machine and even a toaster were all available. Cups and plates were neatly displayed inside the pantry. - Towels were big, new and clean. A big plus, though we brought our own. - Most important for working travellers, their wifi worked well and was strong. Reception was very good throughout our stay, this was so essential for us :)

Haha! My sister said she needs some wall mirrors in this house please. :)
