The apartment is new.

The apartment is unfinished. No blinds/curtains or covers on the windows to give privacy in the living room. People outside can see in through the floor length windows. Especially in the evenings this was not pleasant. Construction workers smoking directly in front of the window, with no possibility of privacy (no curtains, blinds, or shutters). The height of the chairs is not suitable for comfortable seating. The photos do not clearly show which features or areas belong to which apartment. The bed linen had apparently not been washed after purchase and had a very strong synthetic smell. The smoke detector flashes very brightly at night. Unfinished wiring of cables on the bathroom and hallway.
