Location was good, 20 minute walk from the station. Liverpool theme was great for LFC fans. Great size.
It desperately needs some TLC. Doors need fixing, paintwork etc. Beds aren't great, lots of dips in them making them not that comfortable. Just needs a refresh.

Everything was great my grandchildren were in heaven with the liverpool theme
Doors were a bit dodgy but still did not take away the fact that we had a great stay

We liked that it was Liverpool based the kids loved it, and the table set up was lovely
the kids couldn’t go in the garden due to cat mess all over the artificial grass
none of the doors shut properly
dips in the double beds (or broken)
And we noticed there were cobwebs everywhere
