Very clean property. Our host Gianluca was wonderful. He was very responsive and ensured we were comfortable.

Very clean modern design which blends with traditional. Thoughtful layout. You get an immediate zen feeling when you enter. The host was extremely gracious about letting us drop bags early which really helped us a lot as otherwise we would have to lug it with us. The location is 13 minute walk from Roma termini and colosseum by walk. There is a little grocery store outside and a salon n sandwich/focaccia shop very close by. We also had gelato. Very clean beds n linens.

Liked everything. It’s a lovely place. Only suggestions are to have hooks close to when you get out from the bath to hang clothes. Check-in instructions could be more clear on booking description although the number given was very communicative via WhatsApp and seems like they live in the building but not the same Airbnb space. The Appartment is number 6 and you can ring a bell once you get through main door for them to come n help you with check-in. Appartment is on 2 nd floor but they do have an elevator. The bathroom drain is slow to drain. It maybe worthwhile to have a plumber look at it or snake it. The water accumulates and can seep at the grout edge near floor/wall.

The location was really convenient - close to the coliseum and Monti without being really noisy at night. The room was comfy and I loved the design. There were some snacks and coffee pods to get you started on your day, which I didn't expect.

Checking in was tricky, and the common area was a bit noisy.
