5 spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds. Perfect for a family of 6+ with good storage available. Four bathrooms (two en-suites, one WC downstairs and one upstairs family bathroom with a shower/bath). Big TV with limited streaming service / channel options; strong WiFi but poor-to-no signal otherwise in local area. Open-plan lounge through to kitchen and dining area. There is not enough relaxed seating for more than 5. Couches have cupholders; adequate size but aren’t super comfortable. Would benefit from a cushion or two! Decent-sized garden but would benefit from some garden chairs to relax in. Parking for two cars at a squeeze. Decent location, next to an A road for good connections to Brighton or Hastings.

However, the property needs a detailed looking at with some fundamental issues that need addressing quickly. Front door lock desperately needs attention. It was incredibly difficult to lock and unlock from the inside making it a fire risk. For two days we had to leave the property via the back gate as the lock couldn’t be opened from inside. The Kitchen would massively benefit from some blinds as, in the afternoon/evening, the sun sets on the rear of the house, making it incredibly hot with no shade in the kitchen. One of the dials on the hob is damaged, so MUST be turned off via the mains switch or else it turns itself on at will. The hob was on and unable to be turned off therefore making it a danger. All other appliances were fine. This is a property with potential. It would benefit from a deep clean as the bathrooms had obviously had a superficial clean but we do not wish to find hairs in there. The lounge floor also could do with a good mop.
