No hidden prices. Reliable host, thank you. We lacked nothing during our stay. Every detail was considered in the house. Clean and comfortable, 10 out of 10. I've marked this as the apartment I'll stay in when I come back to Batumi.

Great new apartment in an excellent location! Very close to the sea, the city center, and Bilyoner Casino. The interior is modern and newly furnished, everything felt clean and fresh. The bed was especially very comfortable and we had a great sleep. Perfect place for both relaxing and exploring the city.

One of the best stays I’ve had in Batumi, Georgia. The room was very clean, modern, and spacious, with everything thoughtfully prepared. The city and sea view was amazing, and the location is very central, close to everything. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again.
