Very good quality apartment in excellent location.

Check in arrangements. Address supplied (4 Via Verde) was not recognised by Google maps. Phoned concierge who provided address as 4 Via Giuseppe Verdi. Google maps recognised this as a shop in a nearby street. Phoned concierge who sent a photo of the area which allowed me to find the apartment in another street. There was a real problem with online registration. Link sent asked for photos of front and back of passport but would not accept anything for the back page. Phonedr concierge who sent link again. Still no success. Phoned concierge and he agreed to accept photos of passport via Whatsapp. Could not pay City tax of 3 Euros via link sent. Several phone calls to conscierge offering to pay over the phone. He insisted on using the useless link before we could get into the flat. Eventually managed to pay using a different phone. All this took 2 hours while standing outside the apartment. Once in the apartment I found it had not been cleaned and prepared. Used bed clothes were in a heap and used towels were in the bidet. Phoned concierge who arranged cleaners. Cleaners very apologetic, pleasant and efficient. Finally settled in the apartment. Concierge answered all phone calls quickly and pleasantly but couldnt do anything about the faulty link. Having arrived at 17.00 h eventually al ok b y 20.00 h. The aartment is lovely but we didnt have time to enjoy it because of all that had gone before.

La struttura è perfetta perché in centro, ben strutturata, moderna, vicino e raggiungibile anche a parcheggi gratis intorno al centro in vari punti, la stazione vicinissima,vicino anche alla visita di alcune valli li intorno

Mi è piaciuto tutto , non mancava nulla , tutto ben curato nei minimi dettagli

Il terzo piano senza ascensore , credo sia doveroso comunicare ai clienti , per eventuali invalidità , potrebbe essere un bel problema

Fantastic location. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, good washing machine and tumble drier, stylish apartment

Gaining access to the apartment was over complicated with far too many online requirements during holiday ( online registration that was required during our holiday, multiple links sent for instructions, online payments). This was a very negative start to our short stay. TV in lounge did not work. It was difficult to get the pods for the coffee machine, we would have preferred a mocha pot or cafetiere.
