The location is good, access to the marina is excellent, and the staff was very friendly.

The apartment itself is perfect: spacious enough, well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, hob, oven, etc.), perfectly located (24/7 Carrefour is in the same building, 2 steps from the mall and a direct 10min walk to the beach. The sofas, too, all the lights were great and comfortable. The linens and towels provided were awesome, although the bed in the master bedroom was a bit hard. I loved the design and cosiness of the matching furniture and patterns, pleasant colours and nice vibe. The balcony is huge and pleasant to stay at, although it gets dusty quite quickly (had to wipe the seats every couple of days). The tower itself is very cozy. The staff was responsive and welcoming.

The main reason for facilities low score: the property lies about the facilities availability in the booking description — nowhere in the description or during the pre-approval and booking process was I informed that the pool has been closed for 3 months and would not be opened during my stay. Since it was our family vacation with older adults, a pool in 40+ degrees Celsius is a must. I would caution everyone to inquire about such details from this property manager prior to the booking. The gym is tiny, but equipped with essentials, no water. Since the apartment is located near the garbage shoot, we noticed 3-4 cockroaches in the kitchen during our stay. Also for anyone travelling for the first time in Dubai, bear in mind that this location is quite noisy from the traffic (earplugs for sleep can be useful). The apartments furniture is a bit worn , for instance, wardrobe in the small bedroom is missing some screws which makes the doors very crooked. The property’s bathrooms could be better: the shower drain is quite small so the water pools up quickly and spills over onto the shower floor; while the bath in the master bathroom is installed in such a way that spilling water on the floor is unavoidable, even with a shower curtain.
