The location was absolutely perfect. Being so central made everything super convenient and easy to get to. The indoor pool and spa were fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The suite itself was spacious, comfortable and had a really nice luxury feel to it. Perfect little getaway for a special occasion.
Only small thing to note is to make sure you remove jewellery before using the spa, as it stripped the coating on our rings. Otherwise we had a really great stay.

The North Tower is close to the indoor pool/gym/spa/sauna which was convenient.
Accessing the room card at a supermarket was inconvenient - no ongoing sense of care if there was a problem,
Outdoor furniture was old and rusty - not appropriate for an upgraded apartment.
TVs were hard to navigate with channel selection once only some apps were available.
Light switches often meant they flickered as the actual controls were sensitive.
Limitation of receiving only one access card to the apartment.
Toilet pedestal was very close to shower screen.
Computer monitor in bedroom was unable to display full screen.
Proximity of apartment to staff room - Quite noisy!
