from the very moment of arriving at the lobby, staff was extremely friendly and forthcoming. Everything from the welcome to giving us a room 1 hour ahead of time, explaining the property to safekeeping our luggage till handover of the room, was just perfect.
the only thing I would improve is: we had a room just above the small lobby garden, the music from down there was hearable in our room, as if the speakers where just outside the windows. Thing glass ist he issue, not the music....
this is very high level of complaining, as the music was turned off at a reasonable hour.
