The Tiny Palace had several little motivational items all over. That was a nice touch as we had rented it because my son had cancer & needed to be near the hospital. The cost was very reasonable. And the owners were always helpful if we ran into any issues (examp. A storm caused the outlets & internet to go out. The owners helped address as soon as we contacted them.)
My son & his family stayed for several weeks. The neighbors were all very friendly & we felt welcome in the community.
Prices were similar to an extended stay hotel, but it felt more like a home.
Top thing we appreciated were how accommodating & friendly the owners were. Carol & Pedro were veey easy hosts to work with.
The location was perfect for hospital treatments. There was an issue with the pool not being available during peak summer months. But this was not the fault of the owners & they did check into the status of it for us.
For a family of 3 with a pet, it was a little small for the long term stay, but we knew that before booking. It was really comfortable for a one bedroom.
