This is a brand new self-contained apartment with all the modern comforts.
Raimonda and Nikol were very good with responding to messages regarding the property and I was extremely appreciative of them accommodating my late check-in (2200 h).
The bedroom was very spacious and had lots of storage space, good for longer stays or the over-packers. And the bed was super comfortable!
It's important to note that whilst this 6th floor apartment has a beautiful balcony view out to the mountains, in the immediate vicinity there are a number of construction works going on. The apartment complex also has some construction works being undertaken. Despite this activity, I did not find the noise or movement to disturbing.
I am unaware of when the construction works are scheduled for completion.
