Location was fantastic, property clean and ideal for our quick trip. Communication was.quick and helpful.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Price was a little high but property had great facilities, we just weren't there long enough to take advantage of them.

We had a lovely stay the apartment was in a great location. It was clean and comfortable.

There should be an option to provide two keys. We found it quite frustrating that only one key was supplied. As I had to leave for work earlier, my husband needed to accompany me to the lift, and later, when I wanted to use the gym, he again had to come and let me down. It became quite inconvenient. Considering a $300 deposit is required, I believe two keys should be provided, with the cost deducted from the deposit if one is lost. There were also only two rolls of toilet paper provided for three people staying for four days, which was insufficient. The apartment was missing several basic items that I would expect to be provided. There were no tea towels, no paper towels (which we had to request), and although there was a dishwasher, no dishwasher tablets were supplied and no dish rack to dry the dishes we had to wash. The dishwasher also had an unpleasant smell, and it appeared that it may not have been cleaned properly. As we cooked meals in the apartment, we found there were no oven trays available—only the wire racks inside the oven. There was also no foil provided. Additionally, more mirrors would be beneficial. The only mirror was in the bathroom. Adding mirrors to the bedrooms, perhaps on the inside of wardrobe doors, would make the apartment much more practical for guests. Overall, I felt the apartment was lacking many of the basic amenities that should reasonably be provided for guests, which impacted our stay to a degree.
