I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was cozy, warm, and welcoming, and everything was clean and well taken care of. The staff were the highlight of my stay — from the receptionist to the manager, everyone was very kind, friendly, and helpful. I also had to change my booking from four nights to two nights, and they were extremely understanding and supportive. They even contacted Booking.com and submitted a request on my behalf to help with the change. I truly appreciated their kindness and hospitality. A wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The room price was so high at the time and the hotel rating was 9 on booking, so we thought it would be good. Room is too small and it was smelly due to being closed for sometime with improper ventilation. There was a strange continuous noise outside the room that prevented us from sleeping. The overall feeling was just unpleasant the moment we walked in. I have been to many small hotels in Europe but didn't feel as bad. Apparently it was a waste of time trying to sleep with the smell and outside noise. We couldn't stay in the room and decided to checkout a couple of hours after checking in although full exaggerated price was paid.
