Hello, my 140 m² vacation rental is located in Donaustauf, which is 11 km east of Regensburg. In the town itself, you’ll find attractions such as the Walhalla, the castle ruins, and the Chinese Tower, as well as the Danube Cycle Path, which is, of course, well-known among cyclists. The nearby forest, where the hospital is also located, is perfect for taking a stroll. The World Heritage city of Regensburg is the highlight. Regensburg is easily accessible by bus in 20 minutes, by bike in 30 minutes, or by car in 15 minutes. In the summer, there are great swimming spots at the Sarchinger or Guggenberger ponds. The Neutraubling indoor pool is open year-round—as is the Westbad in Regensburg. In the town itself, there’s a Greek restaurant, a pizzeria, a nice café, and traditional restaurants, as well as a gas station, doctors, a pharmacy, a Thai massage parlor, and a supermarket.

Whenever possible, I’ll welcome you personally to the fenced-in, quiet, and well-landscaped property. A garage with a wallbox is available for your use. Bicycles can also be stored securely. A separate entrance, where you can park right in front, leads you up to Jeany’s Oasis—on the first floor of a two-family home. Another staircase leads you from there to the attic, where there is an additional bedroom with its own restroom. The house has been recently renovated.

You’ll find plenty of space and tranquility—a fully equipped kitchen (more than enough kitchen utensils), dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster—just like at home. The bathroom features an XXL rain shower, a whirlpool tub, and a TV. Towels, bath products, and a hair dryer are provided.
An adjoining bedroom with a TV and a comfortable bed (box spring bed, 1.85 wide) lets you unwind. There’s enough space in this bedroom for a crib. Fly screens are installed in the summer.
The living room, which has a TV, opens onto a large balcony overlooking the garden. Here, two additional guests can sleep on the couch if necessary. Feel free to use the yoga mat. The washer and dryer are located in a small, separate room within the apartment. A second bedroom adjoins the living room—the box-spring bed is also 1.80 wide.

Under the roof is a third bedroom with skylights and air conditioning. The bed is 1.40 cm wide. There is also a TV here. Next door is a private restroom with a blue color scheme.
Another sleeping area is located in an alcove adjacent to the living room. The sleeping area is separated by a curtain. A comfortable box-spring bed, 100 cm wide, will gently lull you to sleep -).

Wi-Fi is, of course, available throughout the house. Bed linens and towels are included.
The apartment is suitable for couples, families, business travelers, technicians, and, of course, cyclists riding along the Danube toward Passau.


A small, wise dog lives with me on the first floor—Willi, who will certainly bark to get your attention. He’s a “ Allergikerhund. Ja, ”—yes, such a breed actually exists -). The garden is his territory, and in the summer he’s naturally outside a lot. So please let me know in advance, because as soon as he sees the open courtyard gate, he’ll head out on an adventure.
If you have a dog—you’re welcome to bring it. It can also run around in the garden as long as Willi, the master of the house, is inside. If you don’t like dogs—no problem—the garden can be partitioned off.
