Our farm is located in a beautiful, south-facing, absolutely idyllic and secluded spot in the Königssee district. It’s a 15-minute walk from our farm to the stunning Königssee. Unobstructed mountain views of the Watzmann, Jenner, Schönfeldspitze, Grünstein, and Reiteralpe. We invite you and your children to come spend your vacation and relax on our lovely, working farm. Our farm animals include chickens, a herd of mother cows, dwarf goats, dwarf rabbits, and a cat. With a little luck, you’ll often spot our forest animals as well—such as roe deer, red deer, foxes, hawks, buzzards, and wild hares—so binoculars are highly recommended. A large playground with swings, a slide, table tennis, a giant trampoline, a play tower with a climbing wall, a large sandbox, go-karts, pedal tractors, and Gocars is available for the children. A cozy, well-equipped wooden pavilion and lounge chairs provide a relaxing setting for your leisure time. The Koppensteinlehen is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours in our unique Berchtesgaden Alpine National Park. In winter, when the snow is beautiful, you can go sledding across our meadows and build a lovely snowman. For those who are more into winter activities, our local mountain, “JENNER,” offers plenty to do. The Jennerbahn, the bakery, many restaurants, a sports shopping center, and the beautiful Königssee, as well as the Lotto-Bayern-Eisarena bobsled and toboggan run, are all within easy walking distance. Our new NR vacation apartment “Watzmann” for 2–3 people is located on the 1st floor of the new building and is furnished with solid wood furniture. The apartment features new, high-quality furnishings throughout, offering superior comfort, excellent quality, and exceptional cleanliness. The separate bedroom features a large double bed (2.00 m x 1.80 m) with adjustable head and foot sections, along with nightstands and bedside lamps, as well as a 3-door wardrobe and a room safe. A third person can stay overnight in the bedroom on a separate single bed. The head and foot sections of the beds are adjustable. A beautiful, spacious kitchen-living room with an Alno kit with 4 ceramic cooktops, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, an egg cooker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment is available in the kitchen area, as well as a separate dining area with a table and chairs. The living area is furnished with a new, cozy, large corner sofa and a coffee table, as well as a large flat-screen satellite TV, a hi-fi stereo system, and a living room cabinet. A coat rack with a wall mirror and shoe rack is also located in the apartment. The newly tiled, bright bathroom with a window features a new shower with a glass door, a new towel warmer, a new toilet, and a new large sink with a large mirror. Amenities include a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, hand and bath towels, shower mats, a 3-tier shelf, toothbrush cups, hand soap, toilet paper, and facial tissues. The furnished balcony faces south with an unobstructed view of the Watzmann, Jenner, Grünstein, Schönfeldspitze, Reiteralpe, etc. It is equipped with a table and garden chairs with cushioned seats, a parasol, and a clothes drying rack. Pets are not allowed in the vacation apartment.
