Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, here you can enjoy a relaxing break in the first row to the sea. Light-coloured wooden surfaces, high ceilings and large windows create an open, friendly atmosphere. The living area with fireplace invites you to spend cosy hours, while the kitchen and dining area are harmoniously integrated and offer space for communal meals. From many areas, the view falls through the trees to the clear waters of the Little Belt.

Several terraces around the house offer you a sheltered spot at all times, whether sunny or windless. The extensive grounds invite you to linger while you enjoy the proximity to the sea and the peaceful location to the full.

Mommark Strand impresses with its quiet coastal location on Als. Here you will find beautiful bathing spots, nature and good opportunities for walks and cycle tours. Excursions to Sønderborg with its harbour and castle are also possible.
