In the heart of the Pilat Regional Nature Park in Marlhes, this 115 m² gîte is designed for families and groups of friends. Up to 8 guests can stay comfortably, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so everyone has their own space.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds. The first floor features a master suite with a double bed and private bathroom, ideal for parents. The second floor offers 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, perfect for children or teenagers.



The kitchen is fully equipped, including a filter coffee maker, so you can prepare family meals. You also have a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and pellet heating to keep the house warm, even in winter. For little ones, a crib and high chair are provided.



The private garden has a fenced area where children can play safely. The terrace and barbecue are ideal for sunny lunches with mountain views. There is also a play area, toys, and children's books available.



You are about 7 km from Saint-Genest-Malifaux and its shops, around 20 minutes from Bessat for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in winter, and about 35 minutes from Saint-Étienne. Lyon is just over an hour away by car. Hiking and mountain biking trails start almost at your doorstep, and the birthplace of Saint Marcellin Champagnat is in the village.



There are 3 on-site parking spaces, a garage space, an electric vehicle charging station, and a bike storage room. The entrance is on one level.
