Fully equipped and warm, it can accommodate up to 4 people in a calm environment close to the sea. For your greatest pleasure, you can also enjoy access to the shared swimming pool of the residence, open from 15 June to 15 September (unheated)!



Inside, you will discover a pleasant and welcoming living space from the entrance. The lounge, comprising a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a television, is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. Extending from this, the dining room has a table that can accommodate up to 4 people for sharing your meals. The independent kitchen, featuring a serving hatch for added convenience, is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as if you were at home.



On the night side, the apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms:

A bathroom with shower and hairdryer as well as a separate toilet complete the accommodation.



Although there is no private parking space, you will find free parking just 50 m from the residence.
