Overall Good experience. The house was clean. The only gripe was the pool filter wasn’t using the skimmer, it was using the bottom intake so we had to manually skim the top of the pool every morning. the furniture was not comfortable/ a lot of wear on them.

I also wanted to add that Frances was very responsive to all our questions and concerns!

We spent a week at Summer Breeze with our 4 adult children. It was a perfect space for the six of us. Lots of room and we had a bathroom for each couple which was a huge bonus. There was lots of room even if you had more people with you. The pool area was amazing. Overall a very peaceful neighbourhood and Frances’ home was immaculately kept. Highly recommend for a family vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was just like the pictures. It was beautiful and very clean. Francis was a great host!! She was very kind and friendly. She responded very quickly to any questions or concerns that we had. I would highly recommend this home.
