Über diese cottage dieses Ferienunterkunft
Where the Atlantic is your backyard and every sunrise belongs to you.
Oceanfront neighborhood · 4 BR · Hot tub · Ocean views
This isn't your average beach rental. Tucked into one of Kitty Hawk's most coveted streets — just a few lots from the oceanfront — this beautifully appointed 4-bedroom cottage delivers the kind of OBX experience people come back for year after year. Beach access is two minutes on foot. The Atlantic is practically in your front yard.
INSIDE
Step through the door and you immediately feel it — soaring beamed ceilings, warm tongue-and-groove details, solid-surface flooring, and an open-concept living space built for the way families actually vacation.
There's room to spread out, gather together, and finally exhale.
The guest suite with adjoining bonus room handles every configuration of family, friends, and the crew that always ends up tagging along.
THE TOP-LEVEL BEDROOM
Wake up, step onto your private deck, and let the Atlantic greet you. Ocean views and OBX sunrises from the top level — this is the room that books the house.
OUTSIDE
Hot tub after a long beach day. Hammock for the afternoons that deserve nothing more than that. Outdoor shower, shaded sitting area, a spacious two-car garage, and a large backyard made for long summer evenings.
Everything you need is here. Everything else the OBX offers — dining, shopping, watersports, lighthouses — is minutes away.

Even though this propery is oceanview versus oceanfront, I was able to see the sunrise on the horizon from the top deck! The property is well located which makes everything super easy to access in the area. The Gym is across the street and Target 1.6 miles away. KIll Devil Grill is a short drive (a family favorite). The host/property manager was extremely responsive when we had questions. The kitchen was well stocked. There is a bright sun room nook off the dining room. We look forward to visiting again. We had a fantastic week.

The beach house is really comfortable and close to the beach. Well stocked kitchen, nice relaxing decorations. We would definitely stay again!

The home was clean and we liked the beach decor. Great location; close to the beach. We could hear the waves! Quiet neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants. Home could use a few improvements: updated shower in the upstairs bathroom and new mattress is needed in the upstairs main bedroom. Overall, nice home and we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.
