Tucked into magnificent 1/2-acre grounds, this artfully renovated home is a private oasis surrounded by gardens, pollinator plantings, birds and monarch butterflies. A wraparound deck with multiple seating areas offers sweeping garden views, while a fire-pit patio, enclosed outdoor shower, and winding garden path create a true indoor-outdoor retreat. Just minutes to the beach and spectacular sunsets at the cove located at the end of the street.

This light-filled retreat features an open floor plan which includes a recently renovated, well equipped open kitchen, living room with a large screen TV, fireplace and comfortable indoor dining room. A wall of sliders provides access to the deck with an outdoor dining area and large Weber grill. Bedrooms include an attractive queen primary with sliders to the deck, a charming twin bedroom and a beachy third bedroom with a queen. All the beds have top of the line mattresses. A large flat screen TV and sectional sofa create another welcoming living area. There are two full bathrooms, a separate laundry room and central air conditioning. We are confident that you will love our house as much as we do.
