Simple fisherman's house, located 150 meters from Jabaquara beach and 1.3 km from the Historic Center of Paraty. You can take a leisurely walk along the beach to reach the Historic Center. The neighborhood is very quiet; in 150 meters you'll already be stepping onto the sand of the beach, which has a playground facing the sea. It's the perfect place to be at peace with the family. The house was recently restored, and we still need to improve it further to offer comfort to our guests. For the third person, we put a comfortable single mattress on the floor.
