The 120 square meter house features a spacious living/dining room with a fireplace on the first floor, perfect for relaxing or enjoying family meals. The fireplace is closed during the summer months and can be used from October 15th. 10-12 firewood logs are included in the booking. Additional logs are available for €25. The living room is furnished with a large wooden table and chairs, a comfortable sofa, and a multimedia television. The room is air-conditioned, and the stone house itself is very comfortable. To the right, the fully equipped kitchen provides access to the first terrace. Kitchen equipment: 2 dish towels, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stovetop, electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric whisk, raclette grill, waffle/toast maker, citrus juicer, and all necessary utensils. Also on the first floor, a living/games room equipped with a sofa bed (1.40m wide) provides entertainment or can be used as an extra bedroom.
