Samantha was a pleasure to work with, she responded to any questions very quickly. The house is as described, and the kitchen is well equipped. One thing to note, which we were not expecting, is that the entrance to the garage is unique, as half of the entrance has a steeper slope, which makes entering the garage a challenge. We ended up parking one car in the garage and the other at an angle in the small parking space off to the side, in front of the house. I was super happy that we did not bring our GLS450 as that would not have fit safely in that small parking space. If you're bringing a small car or van, you shouldn't have a problem though :)
