Wake up in a quiet gated community in East Mesa and enjoy coffee on your private balcony before heading out for the day. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the Coyote Landing community comfortably sleeps up to 4 and offers a clean, calm place to unwind after a full day out.
After time in the Arizona sun, come back somewhere comfortable. Kick off your shoes, relax in the living area, or step outside with a drink as the evening cools. If you prefer a night in, the kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook a real meal instead of relying on takeout.

The open living space is designed for comfort and simplicity, with plenty of seating to relax or stream your favorite shows.
The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, and essentials for everyday meals, plus:
• Air fryer and slow cooker for easy options at home
• Coffee maker (pods + ground coffee) with starter coffee, creamer, and tea
Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps 4)
Each bedroom is set up for restful sleep with blackout curtains and sound machines:
• Primary bedroom: King bed with private ensuite bathroom
• Second bedroom: Queen bed
• Third bedroom: Queen bed
Convenience & Comfort
• Fast Wi-Fi for streaming or working remotely
• In-unit full-size washer and dryer

• Fragrance-free laundry and no air fresheners for a low-scent environment

Ideal for tournament stays, extended visits, remote work, or family trips.

10/10 would recommend this neat and cozy property! The place was perfect from the location to the amenities inside snd out! The host, Leighann, made sure all the comforts of home were available — kitchen appliances, linens, comfy beds and a Ninja coffee maker that did everything but vacuum! Ha The decor was fresh and very clean. Leighann was very responsive to communications — will definitely keep her as a favorite host! Thanks again for making our stay so welcoming and pleasant! Don’t look any further, if comfort, cleanliness and kindness are what you’re looking for — book it!
