Our beach home is ideally suited for larger families, with 4 refined bedrooms and 4.5 classic bathrooms across two thoughtfully designed floors. The main floor has a spacious, furnished primary bedroom with a king-size bed. Two cozy reading chairs are thoughtfully positioned on either side of the room so you and your partner can spend leisurely time together in quiet seclusion. A large flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall for entertainment, and seaside art adorns the walls, adding a touch of tranquility to your evenings. The convenient ensuite bathroom features a shower and tub combo with a handheld shower head.
Upstairs, you'll find the first guest bedroom. It offers a plush king-size bed, elegantly complemented by warm wood furniture adorned with silhouetted palm trees. Large windows fill the room with natural light, showcasing stunning beach photos that enhance the South Padre Island vibes. For entertainment, a mounted flat-screen TV adds modern convenience. Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.

The house was very nice and spacious. It was the perfect size and set-up for our family of 9. The pool was clean and it was great to have one to ourselves while we were there. The host company was very helpful and quick to respond. They also have a 24/7 help line which was awesome.

Unusable pool, house is a duplex- you do not get the whole house. It got the job done in the end but if we could've gone somewhere else without losing our money we would have. Property needs to be updated. Carpets are stained, bathroom door downstairs needs to be replaced. It wasn't the worse place but the biggest number was the pool.
