A resort-style retreat in Goleta with a heated pool, hot tub, and private home gym — 4 sleeping spaces for up to 8, minutes from Santa Barbara. Step into the backyard and you'll understand why this house books out: it's a private resort. The pool glitters with an actual slide and diving board, two lounge zones flank a firepit, the ping pong table waits for a champion, and the hot tub steams on the sideline. Inside, everything is newly furnished and generously scaled — this is the house for the trip where nobody wants to leave the property.

THE SPACE. A spacious living room wraps around a 95" TV and fireplace — movie nights become events. The large kitchen and dining area handle real group cooking, four queen/king bedrooms sleep everyone comfortably, and the sunroom lounge adds a queen sofa bed plus game space. The primary suite earns its name: king bed, 55" TV, and a spa-style rainfall shower. Then there's the converted garage — now a private gym with rower, spin bike, and weights, so the training block survives the vacation.

WELLNESS HERE. Morning workout in the home gym, laps and cannonballs in the heated pool, an evening soak in the hot tub, yoga mats and red light therapy for recovery — the rare rental where an entire wellness routine fits inside the property line.

THE LOCATION. A quiet Goleta neighborhood minutes from Goleta Beach, UCSB, and downtown Santa Barbara — with room for the whole group to spread out and stay awhile.
