One of the cottage’s biggest advantages is location. You’re approximately ½ mile from Spring River, about 1 mile from Mammoth Spring State Park, and only minutes from popular launch points, fishing access, and Cedar Valley Resort & Outfitters—making this an easy home base for floating, kayaking, fishing, and exploring the Ozarks.

Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a Spring River adventure, or simply a quiet weekend away, Carol’s Cozy Cottage gives you a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day.

The Cottage-is a cozy studio-style cabin designed for up to two guests.

A dedicated parking area is provided approximately 50 feet from the cabin. Access from the parking area is via an inclined, uneven gravel walkway, so guests should be comfortable walking on a sloped natural surface.

Inside, the cottage features a queen bed with two nightstands, a kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and sink, and a private bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower. The cabin is equipped with a window air conditioner and a plug-in electric heater for seasonal comfort.

Because this is a compact studio cabin, there is no separate indoor chair or sitting area. The bed serves as the primary indoor seating area.

Outside, guests can enjoy a small private deck furnished with two chairs and a small table — a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful Ozark surroundings.
