Welcome to Mountain Magic, our Grand Lake retreat—where we’ve created a space for families to slow down, reconnect, and experience the best of the mountains together.

This home was designed around a simple idea: “Lake Days & Mountain Plays.” Whether you’re here for adventure, relaxation, or a mix of both, you’ll find everything you need to make your trip memorable. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with views of Lake Granby and a warm, modern mountain feel that instantly makes you feel at home. Mornings start with coffee on the deck, afternoons are spent exploring nearby lakes, trails, and towns, and evenings wind down in the hot tub, sauna, or gathered together for games and meals.

What makes this home special is how it brings people together—while still giving everyone their own space to relax and recharge.

With multiple hangout areas across three levels, kids can enjoy their own game zones while adults unwind upstairs, on the deck, or by the fire. It’s the kind of place where everyone finds their favorite spot.

You’ll find:

- Three king bedrooms with comfortable, high-quality mattresses

- A fun-filled bunk room designed for kids (and kids at heart)

- A garage game lounge with sauna, ping pong, and air hockey

- A loft with a pool table, TV, and cozy seating

- A fully stocked kitchen ready for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners

- A large deck with lake views, dining space, grill, and fire table

After a full day of exploring, there’s nothing better than coming back to soak in the hot tub under the stars or relax in the sauna. Every detail—from the kitchen setup to the kids’ amenities—was thoughtfully chosen to make your stay easy, comfortable, and fun.

This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to create memories.
