Great location and plenty of room!

We picked this condo because we had stayed in it before and loved it; however, this time it was riddled with problems. The air conditioning went out and took up my first two days of vacation dealing with this issue. Instead of relaxing, I was on the phone constantly. The guy they sent out said he had told them they needed a new unit and it was shot. So, they knew they booked a unit with a possible air conditioner problem. They finally brought portable units so we could at least be cool. They had originally suggested that all of our guests sleep on the second floor. That would’ve been impossible as there are no beds on the second floor except for one. The majority of our guests slept downstairs in the heat. The last day they sent a crew to change out the unit, without letting us know that there would be people in our space the entire day. It was very awkward and uncomfortable for most of the week. There were dirty pots and pans and the floors were sticky when we arrived also. The Emerald Coast rep was wonderful and said we definitely deserved some compensation for our struggles. She said she’d call us at a specific time but we haven’t heard from her since and have tried multiple times to contact her. We never got compensated and will never stay here again!!!
