Designed for up to six guests, Villa Ledo has three bedrooms opening directly onto the balcony, each with sea and mountain views. The principal suite has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms offer a queen-size bed and twin beds.

The main interior is arranged on one level, with two bathrooms with walk-in showers and an additional bathroom beside the pool. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and main living area, high-speed Wi-Fi and a separate laundry room make it easy to settle in for longer.

Set out from Arco da Calheta for Calheta’s beach and marina or Madeira’s levada walks. Private gated parking for two cars makes it easy to explore the island by car and return home at the end of the day.

A private chef, transfers and extra cleaning can be arranged on request. When pool heating is requested, the water is typically expected to reach between 27°C and 32°C, depending on weather conditions and use of the pool cover. Pool heating is available on request for an additional €28 per day.

Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00, out of respect for the surrounding environment.

5. Check-In & Check-Out
Kindly respect the scheduled check-in and check-out times to help ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. Check-ins are welcomed until 22:00. For arrivals after this time, a €32 supplement for night-time coordination applies. This can be settled via the online check-in form or, if not completed in advance, on arrival.

6. Neighbour Awareness
Please remain mindful of the local community throughout your stay.

7. Furnishings and Amenities
All furnishings and amenities are provided for your enjoyment throughout the stay. Kindly ensure that no items are removed from the property.

8. Additional Guests or Visitors
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the premises.

9. Insects & Wildlife
This property is located on Madeira Island, known for its lush nature and subtropical climate. Depending on the season, occasional sightings of insects or small wildlife may occur. While regular pest control is in place, a fully insect-free environment cannot be guaranteed. We recommend keeping windows closed, storing food securely, and managing waste appropriately to help maintain comfort.

10. Pool Heating
Pool heating is available at €28 per night, keeping the water at around 27°C to 32°C depending on the weather, with the pool cover in place.

11. Tourist Tax
As part of local requirements, a tourist tax of €2 per person per night (up to 7 nights, for guests aged 13 and above) will be collected during check-in via the registration form. This contribution is forwarded directly to the municipality.
