Welcome to Mustard House – 48 Center Lane North, a charming retreat in the Crossing District of Carlton Landing.
This stunning three-story home is thoughtfully designed for gathering, relaxing, and making lasting lake memories. With a private hot tub, spacious living areas, and a dedicated bunkroom retreat for kids, Mustard House is the perfect getaway for families and groups alike.
On the first floor, you’ll be welcomed into an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space-ideal for unwinding after a day on the lake. Just off the side, enjoy the screened-in porch featuring a private hot tub, creating a peaceful space to relax year-round. This level also includes a laundry room and a convenient powder bath.
The second floor offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for guests. The king primary suite features a spacious ensuite bathroom, while an additional king bedroom and a queen bedroom share a well-appointed hall bath-perfect for families or multiple couples.
Head up to the third floor, where you’ll find a true highlight of the home-a large bunkroom and play area designed with kids (and fun!) in mind. This space also includes a drink fridge, beanie bag chairs and a full bathroom.
Whether you’re soaking in the hot tub, gathering with loved ones, or letting the kids enjoy their own space, Mustard House offers the perfect balance of comfort and charm in Carlton Landing.
Mustard has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.
Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.

What a lovely home. Biggest selling point is if you have kids, they will love the 3rd floor. As adults...we loved the 3rd floor. Centrally located. Kitchen has everything you need including crockpot and spices. We couldn't tell where to park and called host. Someone met us in less than 5 minutes to show us where to park. The description says 2 parking places, but one of those is only wide enough for a golf cart. We've been coming to Carlton Landing yearly for the last 5 years. This was our favorite. I can see us returning.
